Learn automatically and effortlessly...
No need for schools to teach things we learn everything
automatically. However, as rehearsals it is omnipresent. One area where this is
the case, is in teaching grammar. Countless school-age children have to
gerunds, subjunctive, and teach them how to diagram sentences. These things as
knowledge is learned, not the knowledge to be used is stored. One reason is
that generally already know how to use this knowledge - English before entering
school after all speak. Scientists may be fascinated with the problem of
formalizing the structure of the English language, but the theories are
constructed not of practical significance for most citizens. After all, when
was the last time a set of graphic occur? If children do not use the
subjunctive correctly when spoken to, what to do to correct them when speaking,
to teach in the natural context, to talk about how they have learned in the first
place. After memorizing vocabulary to grammar it is worse than useless.
So if a psychologist considers that certain groups are easy
to think, this does not mean we rush out and teach young children what we have
found. The reason is simple - either you already know this comes in such a way
that (they can use) - or to be acquired naturally as they grow. The school is
not a place where you learn the vocabulary to describe what we know to do in
the first place.
